Council
The Church Council members are elected by the congregation to guide the operation of the congregation as well as to care for the church and its facilities. But really, all the council's work is centered in God's Word. One of its most important tasks is to ensure that the Word of God is shared in accordance with God's will and that the congregation takes seriously the Lord's directive to "make disciples of all nations" by "baptizing" and "teaching" the Scriptures. (Matthew 28:18-20)
