Sunday services at 9:00am. Thursday evenings at 6:30pm.
Worship Themes:
September 3 + 6 = Pentecost 15 = Speakers of the Truth (Seminarian Nathan Golisch)
September 10 + 13 = Pentecost 16 = Forgivers of Sins (Sr. Vicar Parker Brown)
September 17 + 20 = Pentecost 17 = Workers in God’s Vineyard (Pastor Ben Golisch)
September 24 + 27 = Pentecost 18 = Advocates for the Truth (Pastor Ben Golisch)
Worship notes:
September 3+6 is Labor Day weekend. It is our last Summer Service. We hope to have our Sunday service outdoors on the upper parking lot facing the church doors. Rich and Becky Piontek will be playing. There will be snacks after the service.
September 13 is Rally Sunday. Sunday school, teen and adult Bible class resume. Therefore, we return to our regular Sunday service schedule of 7:45 & 10:30am. A potluck dinner and pie auction will follow.
Hopefully, September 17+20 Pastor Golisch will be recovered enough to preach for us again. We will have a double baptism this Sunday and another baptism the following week.

Worship
Each worship service is a blessed opportunity for the family of God to get together and listen to the Word of the Lord as well as pray and praise God together. As the psalmist wrote, there is such joy whenever we join our hearts together in worship: "I rejoiced with those who said to me, 'Let us go to the house of the Lord'!" (Psalm 122:1)
Our services follow a "Path of Worship" which is printed out for everyone who attends. This makes the service easy to follow for members and visitors alike. We sing a wonderful blend of favorite Christian hymns as well as newer Christian songs. Each week we have a theme founded in God's Word and reinforced by our musical choices. This nurtures our members in their faith even as it introduces new visitors to the joys of God's grace.
And there is strength to be found gathering together in the presence of God. The writer to the Hebrews advises us to worship regularly not just for the praise of the Lord but also for mutual encouragement, because each day this world becomes more discouraging. (See Hebrews 10:22-25, but especially verse 25)
