The kindergarten day is from 8:45 a.m. to 11:30
a.m. for half day and until 3:30 p.m. for full day kindergarten.
At the present time, we are having half day Monday through
Friday as well as full day Monday through Friday for
those who are interested. If you would like to make
any changes, please contact Lisa Meissner soon. If you
did not sign-up for full-day, you may still do that.
Because we have full day every day, you can add any
afternoon you would like. Children may arrive no earlier
than 8:35 a.m. and must be picked up within 10 minutes
of the class ending time.

Our Kindergarten Program
Children who are five years old by September
1 may enroll in the kindergarten class. This class is designed to prepare
the children to function successfully in the increasingly structured atmosphere
of first grade. The more challenging kindergarten activities develop many
important skills, such as beginning reading and writing, adding and subtracting,
telling time, and the use of computers. The science curriculum blends knowledge
and processes to awaken a sense of wonder and excitement. In social studies,
the students gain knowledge of the past and of other cultures. In addition,
the children also develop their physical skills, participate in art experiences,
and improve their organizational and study skills. The small class size
allows the teacher to spend time working individually with each student.
Kindergarten Hours
