Facility Use Policy Summary

The facility is available for functions such as Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversaries, bridal showers, baby showers and confirmations. The facility is available at no cost to congregational endorsed organizations.

Rental Areas

• Fellowship Hall – the lower level of the church building
• CFC Commons – the meeting area outside the gymnasium
• Gym/Auditorium – the gymnasium, including the stage area
• Upper & Lower Chapel rooms, Fire Side Room – for meetings of 10-15 persons

Facility Use Policy

• Facility use is on a first come first use basis, but all church functions take precedence.
• The entire facility of St. Paul’s is a smoke-free and alcohol-free environment.
• No food or drinks are allowed in the gym/auditorium.
• Dry/clean, non-scuffing tennis shoes must be worn for open gym events and walking activities.
• Any party renting the facility is required to remove all supplies and food that was brought for the function. In addition the area must be clean when they leave or the deposit will be forfeited.
• Each request will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
• St. Paul Congregation reserves the right to refuse usage.

Fees

• A rental agreement for the requested day must be completed before the date is reserved.
• The appropriate usage fee and deposit fee must be submitted, in two separate checks, with the rental agreement:
  • The usage fee will be cashed upon receipt.
  • The deposit fee is held until completion of the event. If the rented areas are left clean and without property damage the deposit fee check will be returned.
• Checks should be made payable to St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Please contact the Church Administrator, Glenn Blank, at 262-644-8890 to discuss your request. Glenn reviews all requests, and if granted, will provide you with a copy of the complete policy as well as the rental agreement form.
